Desire to use Graphics on someone elses site?

    I have seen a button on someone elses site that would fit perfectly into mine. The only problem is i think he made the graphic himself. Would i be allowed to use it and would there be any consequences if i got caught?

    What's stopping you from having it re-created by an artist? Saves you from Copyright issues and even from the chances of getting defamed by the author of that button!
