Selling Desippl.com [ Desi Image gallery site with traffic and revenue]

I am selling this site on behalf of my friend.

The domain is "DESIPPL.com". The site is an image gallery with pictures of desi girls, models, actress, actors etc. ( Pakistani Girls, Indian girls, Arabic Girls, etc).
Thse site uses latest version of "4images image gallery script".

He's selling the site as he's not having enough time to manage the site. The site is having unique content and is getting 18000 - 20000 uv per month and around 80k to 100k page impressions.
Site can be monetized by placing google adsense. currently it doesn't have google ads placed, but should get anything from $40 to $100 per month.
Current revenue is from friendfinder affiliate and its around $40/month.
