    I am selling Desihackers, which is Ethical hacking forum. The forum is very unique and is using premium theme. It contains HQ quality threads and all the threads are directed towards the relevant niche. The look and feel of the forum suits the niche.

    I am not able to devote time to my forum and I feel it is better with someone who can administrate this forum.

    I have not monetized it but you can use various methods to monetize such as memberships, groups, advertisements.

    No, it is not having any social media accounts.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    You need to spend some time to moderate the content that only happens only when there is spam.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    As for all forums, you need to get members as old members leave and new members join the website. And that will bring content for you.

    It is not hacked, the hosting SQL server crashed.
    It was fixed after restarting :)
