    None of that is of any use to a buyer, The only things that matter to a buyer are traffic and revenue, If you don't have any the site is almost worthless, the domain isn't a bad one so you could probably get $20 - $30 for it if you're lucky.
    Unfortunately an "idea" isn't really worth anything.

    Also the site took nearly a minute to load for me, that's bad...very bad, most of your visitors will bounce before the site even loads.

    Why not?

    You need to put yourself in the shoes of a buyer. If I wanted to invest $30,000 in a website - would this be a wise choice?

    You aren't just going to 'get lucky' and find someone dumb enough to throw $30,000 in a dumpster and light it on fire.

    As @malky66 said, you may be able to net around $25.00 for this - however even that's a long shot.

    Thanks, but not really interested in your facebook. Trying to get access to your GA account as your worthofweb valuation is based on having over 4k visitors a day and over 20k pageviews a day not to mention earnings of over $60 a day.
    Can add users email through the admin side of your Google Analytics account.
