    I bought this site about 2 months ago. It's a photoshop tutorial site that has uniquely written Photoshop Tutorials.

    Currently it has 8 unique tutorials in it's database, the site runs on a licensed copy of The Grand Tutorial Script which allows easy editing/updating/adding of the tutorials.

    I have neglected this site for a month so traffic has died down a bit but you can easily get it back to where it was by writing unique tutorials and submitting them to Tutorial Indexing sites like Good-Tutorials.com and Pixel2Life.com

    The site design is unique to the site. The domain is registered at NameCheap and expires on 2008-05-31 and has a google pagerank of 2.

    Can you let me know the status of the sidebar links, are they paid ? Do they need to stay after sale ?

    Also will the license for this script need renewing, if so how much will the costs be ?
