Designing Wordpress Headers

    I'd like to design a new header for my Wordpress blog.

    As my html is limited, I'm wondering, is there a WYSIWYG editor that would simplify this process.

    What I'm looking to do is add some tables to the header to include perhaps an option to sign up to my rss feed and perhaps display the most commented posts as well as the most popular posts.

    you can use Dreamweaver if you have it.
