hi guys i want to know which all softwares are required for designing a complete magazine including the cover, interior layout.... Is photoshop enough for all this work also i would like to know what all things i should take care while designing a magazine thanks
no, photoshop won't be enough. You need a tool that will handle text layout and pagination...such as InDesign, Quark, etc. You should use Photoshop and Illustrator as support programs (to create graphics), but definitely don't put together the entire magazine with either one of those. There is a cheaper alternative that I've recently discovered: Serif Page Plus. It's not nearly as powerful as something like Quark, but it's still very capable and easy to use.
Photoshop + InDesign should work for something simple. Illustrator could be a great addition if you are planning to add simple icons or similar. There is a plenty of things that you'll need to take care, image mode, color, bleeding, kind of paper... it's too much for just a post... that's why there is people that work designing magazines
The official InDesign page from Adobe is a good place to start. It'll give you a good overview of what that program can do, plus there are good user forums there as well.
Dreamweaver, not really, thats for Web/coding, even if you were to publish a "e-magazine" dreamweaver wouldn't really be the best choice, for print, in-design, illustrator and even publisher, for e-magazines, the software I've listed, and maybe photoshop, due to its PDF feature. People like different softwares for different things, experiment on different software and see what you like best.
