designers - where do i find quality

Hi,

I need to find a really good web designer.
I can code it so i just need the design.

I have posted in the past in the contests area of DP forums but the quality is never that great.

Any suggestions ... ?
Are there any web sites like DP where designers hang out?

yeah, theres a graphic design section in the fourm, and this section you will find designers and coders.
