Hello Everyone, We are looking to employ a new member into our company, We need them to be a highly qualified designer, with experience of php and in running a forum, They also need to be fluet in Enlgish. I have posted looking for designers like this, but we have had hardly any replies and I know there are amazing designers here on DP, but where are they all?

There are some amazing designers in this forum, you just need to look around. Not sure how many of them are looking for a job though.

yeah solid_nuts' really good and patient and fast (as in quality and reasonable turnaround) designer [I dont think he sleeps though ) you can look what he designed for me by clicking my proile and my main site link the forum icons logos and all graphics are by him. I can give you his msn if you wish
The icons look good, I am talking to him now, Although I am not sure if he wants to be part of our company
