Designers -Take my concept and create a .PSD - pay by paypal

    Looking for someone to take my basic concept, and some flair, textures, and improvements, and create a .PSD for me.

    This is the basic concept. Also, it needs a clever place to insert a 486 banner.

    Feel free to move things around/ make changes as you see fit.
