I'm looking for an Excellent web designer, someone who can redesign and customize wordpress themes to suit specify niches.. The profile I'm looking for: Excellent graphic/web design skills Good Knowledge of PSD, CSS, HTML and basic PHP knowledge Good experience with Wordpress and be familiar with WP theme and plugin community, ability to Install plugins and basic WP on-page SEO.. Be able to clone some themes design.. Someone who is familiar with some premium themes like studiopress and woothemes is a big plus.. Good communication and be available via MSN or other IMs. We're looking to hire you as full time or part time, payment will be fair but not huge, it all depends to your work.
