I am looking for a modern classified website notice board style website that is populated by customers with banner space on there website. Each listing will display a screenshot of a given url together with details on how much the banner costs. It also gives you the ability to e-mail the advertiser directly. This is not like the banner exchange programmes out there and it is going to be very simple and easy to place adverts. The advertiser will pay 10$ per month though paypal however I need the ability to wave the charge in order to get content on the website. RSS FEED so people can import the content from our site. (Needs to have backlinks) The website needs to be modern and sharp graphics like www.bandonimedia.com The latest 10 adverts should be displayed on the home page in list format below each other with the latest banner appearing at the top of the list. There needs to be a category search facility user can search through any of the categories to find there available spaces There needs to be Home Page, About Us Page, Login page, Register Page and SEARCH FOR BANNER SPACE PAGE. Customer and advertiser needs to able to create and account. (UK Registration System) Advertiser needs to be able to display his URL stating the Banner position available and price. 3 types of advertising categories Cost per Space Cost per impressions Cost per click Size of banner available (list of all sizes of banner eg 120 x 50 pixels etc..) Type of banner (Flash Gif etc...) Price This is more of a programming job but I really need a good graphics guy for this project.
