Creating & configuring the control panel interface for both domains and hosting, and ensuring that this is almost a completely automated service, intervention should only be required at certain stages. (domain transfers and support tickets) Guides are available from the reseller provider (heart internet) and the hosting is set up I just require someone to design the site.
