Hello, I'm looking for someone who specifically has experience and sites in their portfolio in a retro or vintage design. This is to create PSDs for 2 (two) pages - one homepage and one backpage. I can provide exact guidance etc on what I am looking for. There will just be 3-4 lines of large-font text and a retro "star" background (link below to example) that I am looking for. Then I will also supply you with some images/drawings to include - but you will not have to create those illustrations.
