Buying Designer services for Joomla template mod and installation

    I have a domain with nothing on it right now. I need a joomla installation and a template customization that will need to be installed with Joomla.

    I will provide you with a starting template which is close to what I want which I will mark up with changes.

    You will take the template install it on joomla make my changes and upload to my web hosting.

    The domain is already hosted.

    Please PM me with quotes for this work. I prefer a one time fee, not per hour so please make any quotes a flat fee.

    If you need more details in order to properly quote please PM me.
