You should be able to program too, or have a team who can, or be able to work directly with a programmer I choose to ensure design is compatible. Project is large but nothing too hard and I would expect total price range (design + code) of $500-1000. Logo has already been made and will be your starting base. If you are an experienced designer/programmer please post here with your e-mail address and a link to your portfolio. Your portfolio should include links to live sites that have used custom scripts, including PHP, CMS, html systems etc. Some c## or equivalent might be required. After you post I will check your portfolio and if i like what I see I will send the full project brief to your e-mail address. Project brief contains all information about web site.
