Buying Designer needed for xhtml / css design

    Hello, I will need a new design for my website that is getting a makeover.

    Here are some examples of how the STRUCTURE of the design should be:
    http://www.atomicwarez.com/
    http://twilight.ws/

    With the structure above, colors wanted to be used are whites, grays, blues (http://torrents.to/), to make a very clean and web2.0 layout. This layout will feature lots of jquery / ajax use so if you design with that in mind as well would be best.
