Designer Messed Up My Site Help Please!!

I had a designer redoing my theme and now they have gotten me locked out of my site giveaways4mom.com. They told me to go into my cPanel and delete the file that it mentions in the error message and that still did not work. Can anyone help me get my site back online?

If you have all of your content saved offline, then you can uninstall wordpress and then re-install it. That way you should be able to login to the admin section of wordpress cpanel. But if you go this route you will have to re-post your articles and may lose relevant comments. The only way I know that would save all of your content (including user-generated comments) is a backup of your site. If you have a backup of your site, then you can re-install the backup over the current version. Then you should be able to login to the admin section of wordpress cpanel. Good luck, Victoria.
