Buying Designer for on going business relationship required

    Hi

    I am looking for a designer that is reliable, quick and can work of often sketchy ideas whilst using initiative and other sites as inspiriation.

    I am looking for someone who can speak english and who can be available GMT for discussion over designs and briefs. Any timewasters, people who can only work occassionaly or those who do not have anything but great design ability need not apply.
