I spent $55 on a custom template from this person and she said it would take 3-4 days we are now 10-11 days later and at most she has replied 3 or 4 times with some of the following responses: 'I have sent your files as an attachement' I then told her that the email I recieved had no files attached. 'I will upload them to your webspace' I then gave her some ftp details to upload the files and she responded with 'I am uploading them now' 5 hours past and no files, several pms and several ingored messages later I decided to file a paypal claim. Surprise surprise I then got a message from troungster telling me that she had had to go out to an emergency at the hospital, even though I had seen her online during that night when she was supposedly out. She told me that I had to CANCEL THE PAYPAL CLAIM NOW or I would not get my files. So wanting the files I cancelled the claim and its now 12 hours later and no files nor a response despite several pms, emails and MSN messages. I have been entirely co operative with this person and she has done nothing but scam me out of $55 as well as waste a lot of my time. Someone needs to please take notice of the problems people are having with Susanne and take her off DP before she takes more money from people. Many thanks Ben
I didn't see the rating when I bought her services, shes now posing as Jonathan if that helps anyone avoid getting scammed by this *&^&. Its funny actually I thought that maybe my PM's wern't getting through or that she had gone offline but emailed her from another one of my email addresses and surprise surprise I got a reply straight away and she was ready to do my templates. When I asked where my other templates were she then didn't get back to me.
