Buying Designer for 300x250 Banner

    - Designer needed for 300x250 banner
    - Needs some movement/animation but not much.
    - I have a sample of what I am looking for, as well as basic specs.
    - Looking for somebody who can turn this around in a couple hours for $10-$15.
    - Please pm rates and samples.

    Will be hiring right away.
