Hi, I need a section of my site redesigned. Currently, it is laid out using tables and isn't too aesthetically appealing. I'm looking for a designer who can create nicer looking call-to-action creatives (in Photoshop), and also who knows enough HTML/CSS to make the text in the section stand out more (and make the entire section look good).
