designer cum programmer wanted (website)

I need one website related to traveling site. I need it to be fully functioned and hence i'm looking for:

A Designer with PHP and Mysql skill
-to design and code the database driven site
-design in CSS and tableless mode
-mod rewrite
-to use include files and function to separate codes for easy modification next time
-to make it skinnable for easy changing of the template next time.

Could someone recommend someone reliable from DP? I'm keen on finding the right person.

hahah, it means the designer should know how to do coding in php/mysql too. sorry if it doesn't mean that way.. heheh.
