Designer/Coder Needed

    I bought a PSD hosting design a while ago, which was meant to include some changes and a couple of sub pages plus valid XHTML + CSS coding.

    However, the guy simply gave me the PSD he had already created and did a runner with my money.

    If you can do this for me, please PM me with your price + experience.
