Looks like after editing the listing, the traffic stats shown here on DP went to default 0. Based on last 5 months data, the blog receives around 100 unique visitors per month, with pageviews being close to 200.

 

Noticed a lot of backlinks to a signature of this user on gimp forums

If the signature is changed this will cause a dip in backlinks, or is there an agreement in place with them to maintain the link in the signature?
