Design tweak and coding

    I awarded this project to someone else, but I haven't heard from them for a few days, so it is now relisted.

    I'm looking to simply tweak my home page so that it looks like this:

    -- If the designer feels like they could change the design for the better, or have any creative ideas then I will listen to all comments.

    This will need DESIGNING, and coding. I do have the PSD I used to create the design in photoshop - but i'm not a designer so you'll probably have to recreate it anyway.
