Buying Design to Wordpress (clone)

    Hi!

    I need that design: http://center-orlyonok.ru/ in wordpress.

    I hope you can make the menu so how it is in the link. That the title of the main category will be in the menu header and under that the sub menus for every new category a new colour (head).

    My budget is 75 - 100 USD.
    Please tell me how many time you need for that.

    I can do the design part of it in photoshop :)...for wordpress. It would take me maybe 2-4 days.
