    I dont really have time to develop this site but I gave it to a friend to develop it for me as you can see that it wasnt much success so I want to see some offers I can get from selling the Domain along with the New SMF forum.

    http://www.designtemplate.info -- Expected a PR1 next update which should be soon. But I want to get some offers for the whole site first. Note that I have the right to reject any offers or not to sell if this all turns out bad.

    I am looking for offers in mid $xx as it has been appraised for that. Remember its for whole site and domain. Domain is in namecheap -- expires in august. All other major extensions of this are taken.

    If i dont get to sell the whole forum, i will put up an auction for the domain later, or wait till the PR rises and sell for more.
