anyone ever made a shirt design on photoshop, and then put it onto a t-shirt? Im planning to start my own clothing line well not for the public but me! itd be cool to have a little wicked, BABA on every tshirt i wear
I used to do screen printing - and I strongly suggest you avoid it all costs. The chemicals are bad news, and it's messy. But it is fun - until you realize you'd rather be paying someone else to do it for you. Do the design yourself, and get the printing done by someone else. Or get some fancy printer than can produce iron on transfers.
I would advise you the same as Kerosene. My experience so far has proven that printing it yourself is no worth the trouble.
Isn't better to make it in Illustrator in .ai or .eps? ... anyways what resolution should be the bitmap from photoshop to get fine print? Just a thought, have anyone some templates for Illustrator or something? I am preparing to make class t-shirt...
Well you can always get the iron on paper, which is very easy to do, you get the paper, pop it into your printer, do a nice high quality design in photoshop/illustrator make sure its vector! and then print it, use an iron and just heat the design onto the t shirt!
