Very attractive site I think. Your logo however does not go with the background colours. Like your domain name! If I was you I would have a landline contact number at the bottom as opposed to a mobile - people may feel more secure dealing with you.

A more detailed description of shipping and about us page may also help to overcome any doubts any people may have to buying online.

Please could you let me know your experience so far with cubecart as I used to use EKM powershop for one of my sites but too expensive.

I do like the site. When exchanging money the most important thing is for me to feel safe exchanging that money. The add to basket > payment is nice and smooth and felt really nice to me as a user.

The one aspect of the site that took some of that safe feeling away was, in fact, the background. It's just a little too much for an ecommerce website. As a store that is selling parrot products, the parrot theme is awesome; but you might want to tone the background down. Maybe remove the left hand side of the really green background, and fade out the right hand side a little bit. It'll also make the products you're selling stand out more :) hope it helps.

What do you mean the background is setup incorrectly?

    What browser/res are you using?

I would take the stars off the logo, remove the outer black border to eliminate some of the boxiness of the site, and lighten/soften the background a little.

What you want to achieve is a less distracting look so people can focus on the products you're selling

    :)
