Design Required for Index page

    I've given up on the design aspects of sites, I'm just crap :p

    So I'm looking for a designer for the index page for :

    Just about everything can be altered to suit a new design.

    I'm looking for a fresh design, something that catches the eye. Any questions you can post here or pm me. Please include cost if you are sending images etc to me.

    Payment will only be made on completion of work. Period.

    Good Question.

    I'm looking for the image and CSS to be done. I don't expect all the tables etc on the page to be coded, as there's quiet an amount of sections being pulled into the page. But once the CSS worked on a few of the tables I'd be happy to complete the rest of the donkey work myself.
