Why are you selling this site?
I have created this website about two years ago and I haven't updated it since last year. I have not time to run it.

How is it monetized?
It's an affiliate marketing based website. All you have to do is to create content and add your affiliate id. You'll get commission with each sale you make.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
It has some, but just a couple of followers.

How much time does this site take to run?
It's up to you. It can take an hour a week, 10 hours a week or more. Depends on how much time you're willing to invest in it.

What challenges are there with running this site?
For me the challenge was time, which I lacked lately. I have too many projects in my hand and I can't deal with them all. Besides that, there shouldn't be any challenges.
