Design Partner Needed - Long Term!

    Hi,

    I'm looking for a long term design partner. Here is what I had planned:

    • We create a team, the two of us, to work together and find clients and design together to create an outstanding final product.
    • Enter Sitepoint.com design contests. We review the description of each contest, and come up with a basic brief design. Then hand it off to each other to make modification and spice each design up with both of our skills. We would split the contest money if we were to win.
    • Find clients and work together to build up a portfolio for us.

    I think we can become really successful if I find the right person who is dedicated and willing to dedicate their time into this partnership.

    I want someone who is:
    1. Very skilled in Photoshop & CSS/XHTML coding.
    2. Has a unique style, and great creativity.
    3. Very active, and can be on AIM or E-mail daily and respond quickly.
    4. Someone who works hard, and will get the projects done on time and with perfection.

    Yeah.... have won 2 till now... but willing to won many of them....
    but i dnt know much about CSS/XHTML coding.. Sorry for this....
