Buying Design of WP theme (with codding)

    I need to have website with u-design WP theme (http://dreamthemedesign.com/themes/u-design/) re-designed to patriotic for Amrican immigration office. The client likes site like: http://shusterman.com/. Don't need to completely redo it, but it has to look good. Has to be someone experienced with the theme.

    Now we need only to redesign (or better to say: re-paint) the main page.
    Terms, budget amount and all details were sent by email. The matter is still opened.
