I need frontpage designed ( it will be actually 3images with pretty much of texts,textures in web2.0 style) +2banners. So if this were to be a web http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/6417/4zlm6.jpg It would be need to be made like this that all website consists only from 3images(1header+ 2big images with texts writed in image format, in striped background in web2.0 style , In stylish way writed everything some effects and each of that big image also will need something like an button at end of it (don't need splited away from main image) I have a budget of $50 for this, NOT a penny more and I wont increase it!
