Before choosing a design try first to print the picture sample to be sure it looks the way you want to

I mean to get rid of the red and blue lines that divide the card in two.
but now that I see it, the colors you used in the first concept for the same lines are better.

what I mean about the gear improvement, is make it more 3-d-ish, and when the 0s and 1s, they take the shape of that gear.

and make it look more like stainless steel, hard core metal with shine.

I like the how you did the gears in that first concept of your second attempt.

I don't know how you could improve your submission, but something is still not right about the white layer where the text is at. that one left corner is too round; I don't know what you could change it to.

I'm surprised that nobody attempted to try the architectural elements in their designs. oh well.

those gears in the first logo look very transparent and glassy, kinda like them. :)

I'll wait a bit for others who said that will enter the contest, but for now I'll try to enjoy the Thanksgiving Holiday!

    Happy Thanksgiving to all!

    definitely an improvement.

It would be nice if you make the `humps/teeth` of the gear on the upper right corner show, like from the top of the surface down into the black. in your design you blacked them out, it`s good to show them.

also when that`s done, it would be nice to do a photographic focus on the gear on the lower right corner while blurring the image gradually in the surroundings of the focus.

    :)

I'm sorry for the delay in reply, I have had a hard time checking DP lately as the site was "unavailable" every time I had time to check.

Number seven looks good, but I'm not too fond of the warm colours used in the gears.

I'll tell you one thing: Congratulations on being the first one to break the ice with adopting the architectural approach. I meant to say, blue prints, and coding structures. and the last 2 cards denote that this company would not be developing software as instead it would be developing buildings...we don't want that.

Finally, how about forgetting about gears, architecture/structures all together?
Forget about it all because it's going nowhere..

SO.....design a card that's mature, has a dominant look, and done with refined taste. Something to denote this company is developing applications for web, businesses of any size and gives out the feeling that Impossible does not exist, everything is doable.

I'm adding a $ 10 bonus, hence increasing the prize of the contest to $40 for the best design of all.
and put yourself in my shoes and ask yourself if you really like the logo you are about to submit..

Thank you and my apologies again for the delay in replying to your concepts,

Let's see more people contributing and finalize this contest.

    :)

    Alex.
