Hi there, Im creating a site based off of Joomla, and we would like a forum. We would like a Vbulletin design made based off of our current design and merged with the Joomla system and database. Our budget is short so the person who will do it the cheapest will get the job pretty much. Opposed to money we can also offer link backs/advertising on the site.
