Design Me A Character - Will Pay $50 Today

I need someone to design me a character that can be used on one of my sites.

The character is the Wu Yi Guru, here is what I want -

- A cartoon style china man drinking green tea

- He should be old and wise looking

- Colours should be green and blue

No clip art please!

I want this done in the next four hours.

I will stay online and provide feedback.

That is the style i want the china man to have, strong colours, cartoon look, with a nice web 2.0 style.
