Design Index PAGE

    I want someone to design me a index page for my site. My site gives away xbox live cards free when the user completes a couple surveys. I need a fantastic index page for everyone to land. It should have some enticing graphics. There should be a picture of a xbox live membership card. The page should be mostly graphics. I will give $50 for a magnificent design. If the price is to low for you to make a really nice design ... comment below
