What do you think I should change in this design ?

I don't really like the menu , I'm still thinking of new ideeas for it..and for the rost I'd hope maybe you could give me a few pointers.

For me the color composition are irritating. It would get another feel ones the colors are more harmonious. The loge is quite nice(not the one at the mainpage)

 

About the colors , are you reffering to the orange and green ? Or the grey and the dark blue ? I didn't like the orange so I thouth to change it to the one shown in : http://venpaq.com/test/conta3ct.htm ..other suggestions ?

 

Some proffesional logo need there. Something with green and web 2.0 effect

colors irritating only. Themes you have selected is not fits your site.
Some changes is requires.
Site looking professional.

add nice web 2.0 logo, use nice font and orange or white color in logo design overall good website design.
