Hi, I am a little bit stuck with the design of my site. There are some areas that I don't like, especially the homepage is too boring. How would you improve this page? (you can draw from content/ideas available throughout the site) I will award $50 to the winner (this assumes that there is a winner and I will use the design), $20 to the second best design and $10 to the third place. Your design needs to be doable in HTML, but if you prefer Photoshop that's fine for me. You just have to deliver the idea, but do not need to implement it. I got a few proposal via PM to make this a project instead of a contest. To be honest I would appreciate getting multiple ideas. Is the offered price too low to attract interest in the contest? I was hoping having a second and a third price would invite more people, so that nobody is left out after spending time on this. Matthias
I think I forgot to specify what I like and what I dislike about the current page. The header and log are fine. The problem is the content/layout below.... How can this be more Web 2.0 portal like? Of course it is possible to reuse content ideas form other parts of the site. Some suggestions where to feature specific news, destinations or form posts to make it look more active.
