Design for PTR site

    I am looking for a designer to develop the script which is installed on the following domain:

    http://anglersworld.net

    I want the site to look vibrant and clean with web 2.0 styles. Similar sites are tempscripts.com, adbux etc..

    huh? what do you actually want? a designer just to design your site looks in a psd design? or a programmer to develop your script, OR a designer that can also code? please clarify .. If you are only looking for a designer, I can do it.
