Hi guys. I recently redesigned my blog, Homes of the Rich, and lets just say that my readers do not like it. I am looking for someone who can come up with a new design for the blog. I would like it to include the logo that I already have. I want a menu navigation bar at the top. I also want the design to be adsense optimized. Also, I was thinking about having a Homes of the Rich Social Network in which users can sign up, sign in and upload photos and info on their favorite homes and where they can vote for the best homes. I want the template to be very luxurious feeling and not amateurish. Lastly, I want a page navigation bar at the end of all the posts (instead of the "older posts") as well as social bookmarking buttons (Technorati, Twitter). My budget is $250. PM me with screen shots of your designs. The one I like best will get the $250 and we will go from there.
