I am planning a news feed website from relevant forums for my niche. Since many visitors from my niche are perpetually short of time they would appreciate links to the hot forum topics. I am planning to put links to the top ten threads from different forums an it's sub-forums on a static page of the website which I will update once a day. Could someone give me some tips on how to go about it? I prefer Wordpress but don't mind working with others.
yes.. wordpress and joomla both will be good for these kinds of website!! you will find some free plugins in wordpress platform to get forum posts as a feed.. So, try google to get that for you!! BTW: I really like you plan.. good luck!
Go for a Joomla website. Buy a good looking Joomla theme from themeforest.com and you are ready to rock !
