Contest Design for a adsense information site - uncoded 150$ coded 200$

Clean, simple, but yet with it's own personality. It's very easy to understand what's the site about and it's even easier to navigate trough the site thanks to the tabs system. You can switch the tabs and read the information as if it was an innerpage but without reloading the hole page, it's way more dynamic for the user and also i think will be a lot easier to code for you. Let me know what you think!

i feel very bad aboutthis situation. to be 100% honest all templates submitted by you guys looks ok . but they look like 30-40$ templates not 200$ templates.
there is not s single one that makes me say "wow" or "oh thats nice" they are just ok.
since i started this thread and i will follow board rules i can either pick one of your templates or buy them all cheap.
PM you best prices for those. i dont want any bad feelings from anyone i just gotta be honest.
i dont blaim anyone since my explanation of what i need isnt the best. its poor i know . im really sorry about this. i didnt come here starting a fake contest to waste any designers time =(
