Buying Design Facebook Fanpage (iframes)

    hi.i need someone to do design and program a facebook fanpage for a nightclub (indian) with appropriate banner , images and a opt in squeeze page that users input their name and hp number.must be done using the new iframes format that facebook is using.thanks.
