Contest Design Contest -registration form vision and removing one option for payment

Hello, we are searching the best design for registration form . Here are the must haves :
-rectangle (take a look at the first img.) with the following fields
- In the place of TRY FOR FREE must say something in the way of REGISTER FOR FREE msg
-message above the registration field “all fields are required”
-First name
-Last name
-Company name
-E-mail address
-password
-repeat password
-”I agree to the Terms and Conditions” small checkbox
-”Register” to next step
-little message under the REGISTER box saying “Already have a registration? “Login “option stays there
-Next step –red box with the message “Please confirm your e-mail address “
!!!box with : “Thank you for confirming your email. Please enter your phone number. You will shortly receive a confirmation code. To confirm, type the code from the message HERE”
-Box with : "Your account is now ready for use!"

The second task is PAYPAL option removed from the site and replaced with BANK TRANSFER option (must move to the middle).
BONUS TASK
Replace the img PAYPAL with BANK TRANSFER ...We want to see who is most interested about this ..thats why you will recieve the third img later.Write us a PM and we will send it to you .
