Need design and coding for a VERY SIMPLE page. The page is going to be in the admin panel, so not customer facing, so no graphic arts in there. It consists of left menu and a top menu .. empty middle (its a template). All i want is a bit good looking page with a clean written HTML and CSS Also, i want it FAST.
