Buying Design & Coding for my Real Estate Blog

Hi guys. I recently redesigned my blog, Homes of the Rich, and lets just say that my readers do not like it.

I am looking for someone who can come up with a new design for the blog (compatible with blogger). I would like it to include the logo that I already have. I want a menu navigation bar at the top. I also want the design to be adsense optimized. Also, I was thinking about having a Homes of the Rich Social Network in which users can sign up, sign in and upload photos and info on their favorite homes and where they can vote for the best homes.

I want the template to be very luxurious feeling and not amateurish.
Lastly, I want a page navigation bar at the end of all the posts (instead of the "older posts") as well as social bookmarking buttons (Technorati, Twitter).

Lastly, I would like to have a section (like Problogger's Job Board) in which realtors can place their listings for a fee. It would be called Homes of the Rich's Featured Listings.

So, I would like someone to design this for me and then code it so that I use it in blogger.
