Hi, am building website for 12-21 years old , somehow magazine/ gossip website. i want to design cartoon character (male /female ) plus logo ( the magazine name ). its general topic magazine talking about everything. i will pay by paypal " when work DONE" nothing before.( just got scam ! ) i dont care about your itrade he scammed me with 73 positive itrade he has on his name anyway i don't have budget , but i will not pay more than $100 for both jobs.( dont be smart a.. and say i want $100 ) its not contest but i will for sure have couple of offers, i will choose the perfect one ( not on price, BUT on talent ) i would love if you do both works, and i will keep hiring you for any logo edits, like on holidays for extra logo adds. * You can water market your work. as much as you want. * i want it done within 7 days max. * i will google the whole web to make sure you dont copy cat !
